I did make it over to Bullitt Park Friday night.  Although the score looked close it was pretty much a dominant evening for the Bears.  I probably won't get to catch another Ridgeview game till the playoffs, as their season should outlast D-B, the way it's looking currently.

Your score prediction is somewhere in the ballpark I was going to go.  If WB has a passing game at all, that's always good for a couple of scores at least against D-B.  I just don't think WB can stop D-B's offense though.

Hey, has anyone ever figured out who Shadroach is?  I tried to figure it out a couple of years ago, but never had any success.  Just curious if anyone else has any ideas?  Would love to know!

 OL Shad will only need to use one pass play against DB.  Roll the quarterback out and tell him to pick a wide open receiver and throw it to him.

I’ve speculated with several of our buddies…we’ve got some good guesses.

It isn’t the playoffs, so DB should be fine. WB is as bad as I have ever seen them. A far cry from the Meadows years

They were not at Greeneville so I would say no.

Expect a fighting LA squad this week - sort of like a cornered wild animal. With fall break last week and everybody having time to clear their mind, this team may have a refreshed attitude. I say the game comes down to a field goal….wide right.

Considering going to this one instead of watching Maryville just build statistics over a bunch of clowns that are going 0-10. Could be a good game if DB is down this year and WB don't get scared and think DB is something their not.

DB has been banged up since the West Ridge game and Greeneville added several more to the injured reserve.  I'm not making excuses for the Jeff Co. game, but we were missing 6 starters and 2 reserves that play a lot of snaps.  We were already a young team, but when you are missing that many players and playing kids with very little experience, confidence can be fleeting and mistakes will be made.  That being said, it's next man up and you grow from what you have learned.  I take nothing away from Jeff County, they came in with a game plan and executed it.  Jeff County is a good football team with maybe the best quarterbacks I have seen in upper east Tennessee in a long time.  Barring injury, that young man will be playing on Saturdays with a Division 1 team.  After a week of rest DB should be in a healthier position when they travel to WB.  DB wins by 3 touchdowns.
