I watched the Dyersburg vs Dyer Co game this year. Dyer Co seemed soft like warm butter up front on both sides of the ball. Dominate the trenches and run right at em HC. Best of luck to the Patriots.

Definitely will not be a repeat from 2019. HC is back and rolled big time against Portland. HC wins 49-7! These young men are ready to make a run and will FIRED up to demolish DC on Friday night. 100

Looking forward to getting up to HC tomorrow night. Always enjoy the gameday atmosphere up there. I’ll be pulling for my hometown boys at DC for sure but really looking forward to seeing hopefully a couple future Vols on the field for HC.  

I’m gonna throw a score out there as a prediction but I honestly don’t have any idea the type of team we’ll see from HC. DC 42-32

Na, HC has this game. I don’t even see a close game. We still have a bad taste in our mouth over here after 2019. HC with (35 to 42 )points. DC with(14 to21)points. Dc just not built to play ball with HC. And they won’t catch us slippin again

I expected this thread to get fired up today. Not built to play ball with HC? Come on.. You act like y’all are some powerhouse or something. Y’all have a decent team each year nothing that impressive. The HC faithful all said the same thing in 2019 until DC came out and punched y’all in the mouth in the second half and y’all folded like a cheap suit. Keep your foot on their throat tonight DC!!

Been to state 3 times in 10 years have you?? Got 2 gold balls do ya?? Yeah HC got punched in the mouth. And the next year we made it to the 4th round. Where was DC? Also DCs only wins this year are against terrible ranked teams. Y’all would be 2-8 with our schedule. 2 being very generous.

DC was handed that game on a silver platter when we went full conservative. If y’all do win, don’t storm the field and cuss out 15 year olds though this time.. come cuss me. I’m built for it.

      Problem with DB football goes beyond coaching. Like Waco said. Thr band is the main focus of their community and school. They have the resources to be a championship level team. Guarantee Ballard or Witten could have them nationally relevant at some point but everyone down to peewee would have to buy in and at DB we all know that would never happen.

      I know the RB from OR he’s fast and has good hands. Is good on special teams also. Didn’t want to play defense over to the Ridge.

      5star put out and article about the QB competition for Clinton like they have 9 other schools. They listed a QB that was previously on Powell’s roster last year. He was the Frosh that could throw great wearing number 5. He was not mentioned as a transfer.  HC was quoted in getting two running back transfers one being from OR that has been mentioned on these boards as well as another from TKA.  I had heard about these and more transfers. It is impressive that Clinton is able to steal away from the recruiter at Powell.  I wonder if the issue with the principal will change that or open the gates even more.
