I know there's that old saying "there's a first time for everything" but nobody goes into Maryville and pulls a shocker. The closest thing to a shocker will be to make the game closer than everybody thought. Can anybody name the last time Maryville was "upset".

I haven't seen west ridge play but from the video's posted if they commit to the jumbo package all night and every series get 2 or 3 first down, that's milking the clock I can see a 35-7 Maryville win, if they come out of that approach then 49-0 halftime like you said

Its Maryville, probably more like 21 or 28-0

I think you have it figured out. I think they like to keep the score down so they can get their 2's and 3's a lot of playing time in the forth quarter. They don't want the 35 point lead and a running clock to start the second half.
