Odd that one of the names not mentioned on here is one of your former Eagles - Jason Fitzgerald. He's taken over three dormant programs and turned them around quickly - making it far into the state playoffs a few times and in the state championship game twice. I'm not sure if he'd leave Meigs right now though, since his daughter is a Junior all-state softball pitcher there.  Plus, he's already turned down some solid 5A and 6A schools. The man can coach!!!

I've been told that he's not and that he and his wife are very happy in Boston.

His great OC won't be with him long - he's waiting for a certain head coaching job to come open then he's gone. Might be safe having him for another year, though.
