I find it funny that you accuse this guy, and anyone else who speaks common sense, of being a coach. Could it be that YOU are actually a coach and you do this just to gaslight and deflect your own ins

If nothing is done and this is swept under the rug so to speak, it's not going to be good. Does Heritage have it in their budget to hire a PR team? They seem to have found money multiple places miraculously once this coach came in.

Osovet coached at UT, was hired by a county commissioner, and was recommended by, and best friends with, another county commissioner. He’s helping to raise money, which some is going to the program and has made improvements , but its also lining the right people’s pockets.  Plus, as an added bonus, it’s evident the product on the field is improving. He’s not going anywhere and nothing will be done about it.

The product is improving and people are starting to notice and jumping on the bandwagon just as they did back when Scott Meadows was at William Blount. Those county people love winning football and deserve much better and will support it. That's the one thing I have never understood about why they short fund both of those programs when there is money to be made hand over fist by just proving what's needed to do so. Such a small investment for so much. Maryville and Alcoa figured that out a long time ago and it's a shame the county has to experience one of these programs to slightly turn the corner to figure that out.

      I expect Sevier County might be pretty good, perhaps Mo West as well.     But I don't see either of them getting out of round 2.          The rest of the region gets smoked in round 1.            Except for those once-in-a-blue-moon anomaly years the NET big schools are pretty much the same every season.

      Wanted to see if all of you would lift up Kyle James family in prayer. Kyle was one of the best wrestlers to ever come out of Soddy Daisy and as some of you know he lost his house a few weeks ago and now his family and friends mourns his passing. Not sure if any of you were around in early 2000’s when Kyle was wrestling at Soddy, but he was a 3 time state champ and a Fargo AA along with going to Colorado to train to make the Olympic team. That goal was never reached due to medical issues, but he was an amazing wrestler and his family is as good as gold. If you were around at that time and have any pictures of Kyle, please go onto Alexy Winesburgh FB page and post. Thanks, Doug Benton

      My opinion the 8 teams will be-  Greenback, Wartburg, Gordonsville, Jo Byrns, Eagleville, Bruceton, Dresden, and South Fulton. Gordonsviile is probably the favorite but I wont say it will be an easy road. With the right draw any of the 8 could win it.
