So Haywood is the underdog I see. I like my chances. Will definitely be a good game though, no doubt.

I'm fine with being the underdog, An improved Milan team at their house, I can see that!! I'm sure the crowd will be awesome for both sides Friday night!

Anyone who thinks Haywood is the underdog is out of their mind. Everyone knows what Haywood has. Milan is just hoping to have a positive play or two…

LOL  I can respect someone who is realistically thinking, but I know for a fact you Milan folks are expecting more than just "a positive play or two"! It's fine to sandbag a little but not that much, I can hear the snickering laugh behind those typed words! LOL  Yes, I do believe Haywood should win this game but I fully expect a lot closer score than last year! This will definetly be an exciting and in tense game! Much respect for the Milan Bulldogs! Go Tomcats!

BPM, I'm SMH!  Keep sandbagging if it makes you feel better, but we know what we're up against.  Anyone who believes that Milan will only have a positive play or two is out of their mind.

I’m just glad we’re healthy. I am curious to see how our offense and defense match up. I know what our weakness is defensively and curious to see if we have corrected it. No doubt Haywood coaches have seen it on film. Can we adjust… we haven’t so far. Offensively teams that like to grind it have had success on Haywood over the years. That’s not what we will bring to the table. We have a much more balanced attack. Just not sure how that will match up.

Stacmot, I been waiting for BPM to start his famous Lou Holtz stuff on here. I can see your no falling for it either. I got a good belly laugh when I read the one or two positive play quote. :roflolk:

    • Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
