Technically, the SEC is fining UT, not the NCAA. The money goes to a good cause too (SEC Post-Graduate Scholarship Fund).

This really was a game for the ages.. generationally epic! But man what a relief it is that the Vols won. One can only imagine how tough it would have been on the Vols psyche to end up losing after playing like they did. Might have been another 15 years before a win! But now.. this win may have changed Tennessee Vols trajectory for many years into the future. Talk about making the SEC even more competitive now! The more better teams we have the merrier it is for all of us is what I think. With the best scenario being the Big Orange crush leading the way for quite a while anymore instead of trailing the pack. And NCAA Nat’l Championships staying down here in the SEC every year.. sort of like 1A & 2A Gold balls perpetually staying in the West. .. hey, an old geezer can still dream, can’t he?

Will this thread set a record for staying the most active the longest time here on the T? Vols fans (like me) will be celebrating this game for awhile! And then to project into the future.. how many wins can we now string out against Bama in karma payback justice?
