Taylor out at Karns

Coach Taylor OUT at Karns. I’m wayyyy out in BC, I’m in the dark when it comes to most things knox co. Was this as unexpected as it was to me?

Maybe not totally unexpected but the timing definitely is. Usually jobs don’t come open this late in the game, especially upon Dead period. But Ik Coach Taylor, absolutely a great man and high character guy. Wouldn’t make this move if he didn’t believe he was leaving Karns in a good spot.

Same thing that happened to Eagleton last year. The man did bring some respecability to the karns program which has been badly needed for many decades. He also gave Maryville a fit a few years when he was at Bearden. Hopefully someone on staff can move up without any disruption and dealing with the timing of this leave is the best option possible.

Bizarre timing here, but I wish him the best of luck. It was already going to be a tough year for Karns now that Bishop is gone, but this doesn't help either.

yes. gonna be a very tough year. they might only win 2 games.

Look for Scott Cummings to be a candidate. He's a good coach and Karns would be lucky to have him
