Smith Co has my vote to win their region if not finish 2nd to ER so they definitely had a great team to scrimmage

Dresden scrimmaged West carroll and tca last night. Dresden dominated West carroll and battled with a much improved tca. our defense was missing two starters and so was our offense so we are still not clicking yet.

Offensively, TCA moved the ball at will, on the ground and in the air, against both Dresden and West Carroll. Defensively, TCA made both QB's lives difficult and they hit and tackled well.

Dresden has some talent and good size

I'm not sure I would say "At Will" TCA scored twice and we scored 3 times if I'm not mistaken. TCAA has a stud at running  back that could be as good as any rb that west carroll or Dresden will see all year.

I saw 3 series of each team yesterday at least on offense. Dresden was the best team tca looked good and WC struggled mightily early but got it together for the last offensive series I saw. I was being split between the scrimmage and a jr high softball game so I didn't get to see everything. Our first 2 series almost made me sick. We couldn't move the ball for anything. Little adjustment, Sophomore QB calmed down, then we looked pretty formidable. We're also still trying to find our combination of dbs that works best. Imo coach needs to start sophomore and freshman Patterson and Taylor in that mix.

Ok ok hold on. Maybe more happened after I left but I coulda swore when I was watching tca scored once in us thru the air and had trouble running. Did even less vs Dresden so idk about that assessment
