East Rob vs Smith Co

ER still has a chance to run the table. Turned the ball over 4 times, had probably 150 yards in penalty’s. If they can fix the little things they’ll be okay. The big problem is O line play…didnt realize how blessed we were with the offensive line that we had.

ER defense looked exceptionally well, offense would leave them in a bad spot and they would get out of it. Smith Co didn’t have a first down till the last drive of the first half

I figured Warriors would have a little bit of an emotional let down from last week's big win. They didn't play particularly well but Brainerd isn't a very bad team. I watched their Tyner and McMinn Central games and they should have won both of those and been 3-1. Won't see a collection of athletes like that in the 2nd round either. 

Warriors changed the offense up and ran the ball after that 1st qtr. 1 WR and 1 RB. Just power football killing a clock to keep their offense off the field. Warriors dropped a TD in 1st qtr and Brainerd scored under 2 min to go against freshmen. A win is a win. 6-0 and got Tyner this week.

Yes I was there and watched game live. Brianard not a very good team. The running game did show up in 2nd quarter but Brainerd couldn’t even line up. A win is a win in and league but very sloppy and they should be ok next week against tyner as well. The pass that u refer to was actually a good play by defense to knock out of his hands

That pass should have been caught. Defender was a step late but if you pull that in with it being in the endzone it's a TD. Both teams had trouble lining up but I attribute that to the horrible referees. Neither team could get into a rhythm with constant flags and 5 minute discussions on every penalty.

You got that right. Most flags I have ever seen in a game. The pass floated a lot and gave defender time to adjust but could have been caught.

I agree and no discipline. Didn’t make many offensive adjustments in the second half and SC did.

I agree. There were some bogus calls as well. The pass interference was bogus was right in front of me. Still no excuses overall. I honestly think that could have been the best thing for ER. Bring them back down to reality s get back to work and coaches adjust as well. If Smith had an offense they would be real dangerous. Don’t count ER out just yet. Smith and ER in the third round would be fun to watch again

I watched the 4th quarter of this game on myTV30 after getting home Friday night. 

Smith Co.'s defense is LEGIT. I predict a very deep run for them this season.

The only team I see giving them a run for their money is Marion and I’m still not sure they have enough.
