If Wartburg had a deeper roster they could beat about anyone but they usually cant hang with teams in the second half that has deep rosters. Im going to assume with Eagleton being a Blount county school they will sport a large roster so ill go with Eagleton 21 Wartburg 18

Wartburg's offense has looked better since they've changed quarterbacks. I think Wartburg is able to win this one close with it being homecoming.

Honestly have no idea. Both teams are not good. 

Is Happy Valley actually a threat to maybe win a playoff game this year? My guess is it would be vs Bledsoe?

Not outta the question, should get some kids back and think they have figured out what their strengths are. I'd have to go with Bledsoe but it would not be a lock. Lets see how they play South Greene, that should clear the water a little.
