BarneySox2007
Making the playoffs the very first year with mainly 10th and 11th graders and some that have never played football in their entire life is a surprise cosidering how Tellico Plains ran them off the field the first game. I'm positive this game won't be pretty but looking back at other start up schools and their 1st. year Eagleton actually done quiet well.

I was surprised to see Maryville struggling this season. 6-4 would be good for most teams but not for them. but then I was also surprised to see them beat Alcoa. The main school it's going to hurt his Heritage. The kids that are not getting any playing time at either Alcoa or Maryville may end up there if they want to play. I do know of one kid from Maryville on that team.

Once they win the region ,they'll win it every single year. Just got way more kids to pick from than us poor rural public schools. These public schools in their region need to all get together and refuse to play um.

Can't grow? @BarneySox2007 Didn't I read that they are looking at a max of 105/110 per class? If so, that's 2A classification every year. Our media guys interviewed one of their admin or someone, not a coach. Our media guys asked him specifically what they planned to keep their enrollment and he gave a straight forward answer that they plan to cap enrollment at 410-415 if I recall correctly. They’re not jumping to 3A but they’re gonna flirt with the line from time to time.

I went to find you a link and realized it was no longer available. Our “administrators” decided last year I believe they would only allow broadcast to happen if the full game was only left up for a period of time, I believe a week, then it had to come down. Now there’s only a 6 minute highlight reel available. Sorry for the bad intel.
