Assignment disciplined football is the key to success in this game for ER, I do believe.  They have the talent to overcome a few mistakes in most games, but if I'm coaching this one, I'm preaching assignments.

Can't try to be a hero, just do YOUR job.

Good luck to both teams tomorrow night! Should be a great game and I expect the Dragon Pit to be packed out!

If anyone is looking for somewhere to go before or after the game, there’s a good spot in Jamestown that just opened up a few months ago called Birdies Lounge on the square in town. They got 3 golf simulator bays, a bar and ice cold drinks. A really good spot to hang out and watch some sports or play some golf!

Right well the last few games say when you click on them to watch they are blacked out by York till 12-3. It makes no sense. Everyone exchanges video with the opposing team

It makes a lot of sense actually, give the teams 1 or 2 games of your choosing and don't just give them free film by having games available on NFHS.

Everyone wants to talk offense but this game will be determined by the defenses tonight. Can York can eliminate a lot of chunk plays from ER? If they can make them earn it and limit the big plays ER is susceptible. Can ER get York off the field and keep them from eating clock? I look for a little bit of both tonight. Should be a great game. In the end I think ER just has too much skill for York. ER by 14. I am just keeping it real

    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
