Get a chuckle every time somebody from East TN talks about Oakland making 6A predictable, guess we're just going to ignore Maryville finishing a 26 year run of making the semis every year along with 12 titles and 5 runner-ups. Just say you want the local team to win

Think your mistaken, just because someone is from East Tn doesn’t mean they pull for the same team to win a state title every year!

They won’t turn people away

Biggest crowd I remember seeing at Bradley was the 1976 Bradley - Cleveland game. Stands full, standing 3 deep at the top rail and along the rail at field level, and half the horseshoe bank had people sitting there (including me). while this crowd likely won't be that, it will be quite the sight, I am sure.

I’m not sure what to expect in this one MTF. BC is a good team who may have the best player on the field tonight. They are unbeaten including four wins against mediocre murvil and Beerden teams. We never see okelund until the semis. If this is a normal okelund team, they are the favorite. If it is not, BC is tough to handle. Good luck to both teams tonight.

Well, I will leave no doubt. I want BRADLEY to win, thank you.

Now, I am not looking at this with colored glasses either. I consider us a bit of an underdog, because Oakland has been there done that consistently. The Bears have not.

Oakland’s play on the line of scrimmage will be the difference . 31-27 Oakland wins. Pulling for Bradley though

That’s been everybody’s game plan. But once the game starts, it’s like blocking a covey of quail. With that said, historically Oakland is the best at getting you outnumbered at the point of attack.

BS23, you have a right to your opinion but thinking the Oakland faithful will politely disagree with it. Cant believe none of them have reminded you of the Trojan Horses they witnessed early this season.

    • So much talk about an investigation about student record manipulation and then everything has went silent. Has anyone heard how the investigation is going?
    • Basically what you're saying is schools can basically bully students around and get away with it because they are protected. I agree to a certain extent but when schools decisions to keep knuckleheads on staff starts costing kids careers and a college education there is a problem. Our school system last week had a teacher supposedly push a kid and the parents went to the law and the teacher is suspended. So I wouldn't say that they can just do what they want without liability. This case don't pass the smell test because the coach had already been fired before and she got fired after a year on the job. Sounds like the student was right in this case on the outside looking in because the coach gets fired after one year. How many coaches get fired after one year?? Not many.
    • Problem with DB football goes beyond coaching. Like Waco said. Thr band is the main focus of their community and school. They have the resources to be a championship level team. Guarantee Ballard or Witten could have them nationally relevant at some point but everyone down to peewee would have to buy in and at DB we all know that would never happen.
    • I know the RB from OR he’s fast and has good hands. Is good on special teams also. Didn’t want to play defense over to the Ridge.
