Westview will have more of a challenge getting back to Chatt Town next year. Let me give you the reasons why.... ANY coach that watched Alcoa's defensive scheme should copy and paste. 3 safeties to stop the deep pass. Run game is non - existent as long as you have the next best thing at QB, 2nd they must stay hungry because there's a team in the East that has been getting blocked by Alcoa for yearssss now they finally feel inspired to make that leap and 3rd - Covington is coming back looking for blood, I think they will finally open up the play book and (GET AWAY FROM THE WING T).

I can get you the admissions exam from MIT to study, but that doesn't mean that you can pass the test...X's and O's are worthless if you don't have Alcoa's Jimmys and Joes to get it done.

Good luck trying to replicate Alcoa's gameplan without their personnel.

You can be a balanced offense abs still run the Wing-T. Most college offenses have Wing-T concepts

Westview had a darn good team. Alcoa is on a different level. Alcoa and Oakland were by far the best teams Maryville played all year. Alcoa has a lot of homegrown athletes Alcoa has good coaching. Alcoa has cheap tuition. The cheap tuition along with winning all those state titles helps them get kids to play for Alcoa.

With all homegrown kids....Such as: C. Cherry (Austin-East), C. Pagach (Independence), B. Winton (IMG), S. McCrary (California), C.Burden (Sevier County)....I think it's great Alcoa had these athletes pick a spot to play and transfer in and show up at Alcoa. No good football schools in California I guess.

I was saying there are a lot of great athletes in Alcoa. Plus they get kids to come in because of them winning so much.

So you think we went all the way to CA to recruit a player that couldn't even remember the plays? He was gone by game 4 because his dad thought he was better than what he was....We don't care where you come from or how many stars you have beside your name. If you can't understand how our program operates, you won't see the field, period. Pagach was the backup after 4 games as well, and left the program prior to the state game. Players may transfer to get a ring and leave, but this machine will keep on rolling! On to 4A!

Yeah just play a 3 high scheme with 5 under and rush 3 defensive linemen the whole game.  That clearly is the scheme that will shut down Westview’s offense.

VERY VERY GOOD FIND!!!! Yeah Alcoa was definitely ahead of the curve because I've never seen anyone play this defense. Like I said earlier, IF everyone that plays Westview doesn't use this defense (Against just Westview) then they are lacking in the Coaching department. I would copy and paste Alcoa's game plan.

Wishful thinking, they will take what you give and run it down your throat.
