This, Staley has actually talked about the male practice squad a few times publicly. There’s a quote from her about having to reel the male players back in at times, saying how one of them euro stepped and got to the other side of the basket on a play and she had to stop practice and fuss at him and tell him the player you’re supposed to be mimicking can’t do that. So not only do they beat them, they beat them when being forced to hold back.

Too add, they had 3 p4 prospects about another 2-3 D1 in various grades on the team lol play 5 guys between 6’5’’ - 6’9’’ lol PCA would beat em by whatever they felt like that day. (Prolly 40+ playing 4 10 minute quarters). Anybody that thinks Uconn women would beat every team in the state or much of any at the state tourney is such a bad take I devalue any other thing to zero they might say regarding basketball.

Yup.  Some people in this thread are so off on this that it makes me laugh.  Any boys high school champion or runner up in TN beats UCONN women easily.  Several others would do so as well.  Some people are absolutely clueless and it's borderline embarrassing to hear their adamant take on this.
