I'm as big a music junky as you can find, but I have to say I always enjoyed the silence of a locker room before game time. Just sitting in my locker and staring at nothing and thinking. People have their headphones on, but when it comes down to it, its all just dressing. If its already game day and you are still trying to get fired up, you're in for an awakening.

 

But to answer the question, its gotta be lots of Slipknot all week long. Just get it inbedded into you until you're ready to let it out. Some of my favorite food for thought lines of thiers...
