Had heard rumors of this a few months back, then obviously on here shortly after. I wish Blake well on his future. He has a great football mind and loves the kids. That was easy to see in conversations I had with him. Here is a few stats on his career has HC of TC: 5 Seasons with a record of 40-21. That includes 4 trips to the playoffs, 3 of which were to the Semi-Finals. In 5 seasons, his offenses averaged 24.1 PPG, while his defenses allowed 16.6 PPG. 2019 was the most successful season in those catergories with 33.7 PPG offensively vs 7.9 PPG defensively. Record vs TC Rivals: Watertown = 4-3 Macon Co. & Gordonsville = 3-2 Friendship = 2-2 Smith Co. = 1-2

The east should be better in 1A I believe. SP won’t be nearly as good as 23 but those others should be improved.

People in East TN have been waiting for this. From what ive seen on these boards the last few months, I don't blame him for getting out of dodge. Sounds like he made the right move to get away from those crazies. I too remember the old days of Trousdale County High being feared. I dont know if it was Coach Satterfield or not but the have not been the same the last couple of years. Best of luck to him on his next endeavor. As for Trousdale, hopefully they can find a coach with a strong backbone to bear the weight of the so called supporters.

According to the WYSH article its over 1000 grades in the last 4 months!! This whole thing allegedly has been going on for 4 years so there’s no telling how many grades have been changed over that time.
