Who would you like to see on your scheduele?

I have been thinking of some teams that I would love to see Cookeville play in the regular season this year and I was wondering some of the teams you guys would like to play and why. Gimme some thoughts. But first hear mine.

 

I would love to see Gallatin come to town again. After Joslin came to Cookeville, it was just a whole new ballgame. Haven't played them in years, however, and I would say it will be a while before we see them again. Another team I would like to play is Riverdale just because we always seem to see them and lose to them in the playoffs. Maybe if we met during the regular season and got a good look at them, we would have a better chance in the playoffs.

I would like for Knox Central to play Oak Ridge again. It used to be a good rivalry with some great games. They play each other in everything else but football. With OR being a 5A and Central a 4A it has to be a mutual thing for them to agree to play each other, and maybe they think the schedules they play are already hard enough.

this thread is going places as long as people don't start with the "X team plays a weak schedule and that's why they win so much" stuff. It's just inevitable.

I would like to see Boyd Buchanan get South Pitt. back on there schedule. was always a big rival game.

I wish Riverside would get a rematch with USJ.

Powell and Oak Ridge would make for a great rivalry. As the crow flies the two schools are maybe 10 or 11 miles apart, and both schools have large and rabid fan bases. Gates would be huge at either venue.

I wouldn't mind seeing Morristown West added to Tennessee High's schedule. Gate City or Graham would be better than some of the conference games we have scheduled.

Sycamore needs to get Springfield on the schedule in what could become a great Cheatham Co.-Robertson Co. rivalry.

I wouldnt mind playing any decent school within 30 miles on Nashville. I can think of one off of the top of my head (but I'll save that for during the season).
