Hey i checked out their info on their website and it looks like the biggest kid they've got is 6'5 and he's a sophomore so not sure if he even plays. Should be a win for the Warriors if they bring their A game but we all know how hard it is to win on the road in the substate! /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

Thanks.

Talked to someone whose friends kids went there. They are very good. Very athletic. Some played football and they didn't do as well at the beginning of the season. Play well together. Scores against Cleveland, which by the way has a very good team, were 15,14,14,13 &8. Starters are 6'3",6'2",6'1",6'1" & 6'. They have two freshmen who are on the team but don't let that fool you.

Good jumping, running athletic team. The boys will have to be on their A game.

Sounds like we might need to get the ball to Puckett. But we can't miss layups and "chip shots" down low like we did against Siegel the other night. Looking forward to going. I was asking about the gym size, etc. because I was trying to figure out a good time to head down that way Monday afternoon. Don't want to leave too early......or too late. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

We need both the 2's and the 3's. Thats our best game when they are both falling. Threes can be stopped and twos can be stopped but if they are both being used I don't think any team can stop five good shooters.

Red Bank is small but very athletic. Tim Benford is an Allen Iverson type player, complete with the arm sleeve, that can go off and score 30 with ease. The rest of the team are mostly role players, but all are quick, athletic, and can score. They can get out of control and lose their composure at times, and will talk trash. They are a very dangerous team when things are going their way.

He does wear a sleeve. Its to protect his arm, he suffered a broken arm during football season.

    • Hmmmmm……doe dee doe doe….i drove the lawnmower down to practice today…….hmmmm…… we got some new faces………. One can run faster than my lawnmower in fifth gear…… a few will be disappointed come November that they jumped ship and went down to that sewage facility……. You can bet the lawnmower on that.
    • I don't know what's going on in the town of McMinnville, but I've read this and it's disturbing.  I'm a "player" person, and I want what's best for the player. If a player gets cut off the team because she said the "F word" then good grief. I mean, come on guys. I wish there was a way for the player to transfer to a different program and just play ball. There are a lot of athletes that are stuck because they're in crappy situations regarding their team/coach. This is player just happens to be one them.
    • Won't happen. College coaches will back the coach every time and it cost this young lady her senior season. Looks like the player may be right on this one. School let her  go after one season. This stuff happens more than you think.
    • “No college is going to offer a scholarship to a player that is kicked off of the team.” For language? I’m not seeing that as a dealbreaker.
    • Why did the coach get rehired after she was let go as an assistant by the former Warren County coach and the current AD?? Is that accurate?? I am very familiar with situations like this. Suprised lawsuits haven't happend before. If the coach unfairly let the player go, I think she has a shot because it cost her a scholarship. No college is going to offer a scholarship to a player that is kicked off of the team. Not going to happen. There are bad hires like this a bunch and kids are treated unfairly by coaches that can't coach a lick and have super long ropes somehow. Amazing how some of these coaches get hired and keep their job.
