STATECHAMPS08
69 41 CPA final It would have been 80 35 if CPA had kept starters in for the last 6 minutes. CONGRATS to CPA for another huge blowout and a slot in the Elite Eight!!!! GO LIONS!
jp1952
I agree. I say CPA 65-45. Not a bad guess if I do say so myself.
manofthehouse
Z Mason had two sick dunks tonight. Even some of the Creekwood student section had to acknowledge how pretty they were. He's hard to stop when he's on a roll.

CPA4Ever
1st quarter - CPA led 10-6. They actually dominated but couldn't convert some fastbreaks and Miller was cold shooting. Halftime - CPA led 29-10. Outscore Creekwood 19-4 in the quarter with smothering defense and Miller lighting up threes. By the end of the 3rd, CPA was up 30 or so. Pulled starters when up over 30 with about 5 minutes to go in the 4th. Creekwood guard hit 3 threes in a row to keep CW within 30. CPA's defense was smothering. There were times when Creekwood would go 3-4 possessions without a shot due to steals and forced turnovers. Good luck to the Lions in the state. The Final 8 teams are all really good and I believe anyone could get hot and win. It will take a big effort by someone to take home the gold ball. The Haywood/Mitchell game was postponed until Tuesday Austin East Fulton Livingston Academy Bolivar and I think Howard may have been the eighth.
