Looks like Xavier King, Keenan, and Tallman make for a mighty well rounded backfield. Will Stubbs use them in tandem?

In all honesty i believe that this game will quickly become souths ball game, especially since its at the valley. If south wins tonight it will be the 3rd regular season in a row at home undefeated. I believe the last regular season loss was in 05 when they lost to DB and that was a 1 pt. ball game. That something to be proud of. I don't see the south boys letting up.

If THS can get any kind of a passing game to keep people honest, they would be a much different football team. Teams wouldn't be able to load the box and stop shepard (spelling?) I was at the north-THS game and each time you guys passed the ball, guys were open all over the field. that's why I think North is in for a rude awakening tomorrow night.

It??™s hard to say at this point. Like I said before??¦with all the injuries the coaching staff has been doing what they have to do to keep the ship above water. And up until this passed weekend that has been riding the work horse. I personally don??™t see the workload changing, but the Vikings can and will keep you honest now. Winning the Conference rushing title this year is still very much in reach even with Keenan being one game down /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> . Believe it or not, I would be surprised to see the X-Man get much burn after the Elizabethton game at RB now that Simmons and Pendleton are back (depth chart issue).

I thought this was a Board for North vs. South. This 5 Rivers fan will help get it back on track. I am saying South by 28 or 35. No confidence in anybody else from the Mountain Lakes.

I just wanted to post here what a Greeneville fan said over in the GV-Morr. West thread.

 

"If Greeneville, or either one of the Morristown Schools were in the Mountain Lakes, it would seem as if they were clicking on all cylinders too. Mountain Lakes are pitiful!!! Besides South and South isn't nothing like they were last year. No one man army."

 

Does anybody else think that the MLC is just a one team conference?

Fletch' is just not going to get the qualified number of carries per game to be able to compete with Kenan. His efficiency level has to be multiplied to compete for the title. And with Bobeye back it only makes for even less carries. Of course BT being back is wonderful because he is a natural companion to the Dr. and their styles are in such harmony that together they will be much more forceful than separated. So we have to look at the big picture now.

I agree??¦you should start a thread with that very statement. I don??™t know much about the Five Creeks this year other than they did manage to pull out a couple wins over Central. But as I look??¦South spanked #3 in the Five Rivers Boone (49-7) and #2 in the Five Rivers Greeneville (35-20), and North spanked Crocket (34-6). Oh??¦I almost forgot Sullivan East (0-4 in the MLC) also spanked Volunteer (20-6) AND David Crocket (29-22). I fully expect the title to be a fight to the end between the two especially now that Keenan is a game down. Stacy has to have that in the back of his mind. As long as T is as affective as he has been, I can see no reason to ???share the love??? unless the other is clearly more effective. What year is the other kid?
