Absolutely zero chance rankin leaves Alcoa. Top talent, a great community, and freshman son with a chance to start at center next year mean much much more to Coach than money. He knows the big school thing. He knows it is a terrible place to raise your kids. Count on it.

It WILL be interesting to see what happens this week at R'dale though after the kids turn their equipment in.

I would hope that Aydelott resigns this week. That would work best for everyone and he could certainly find a job at a more approprate level. Hopefully he doesn't put Nolan in the position of having to choose between his buddy and the school/kids.

 

Frankly, I think Aydelott needs to decide if he is even willling to invest what it takes to be a good head coach before he takes another coaching job. If that answer is no, he would still make an absolutely outstanding OL coach for some team. Heck, I would love to see him stay at Riverdale in that capacity.

Well at the 'little' school the Son has a better chance of sctually making it on the team. If he was someplace like R'dale he would actually have to compete for the job against much bigger and stronger players.

That maybe right, but they got to get over how much it cost them in court cost over the split and recruiting broohahah first because some BIG money supporters there have never forgiven him for that.
