It has been awfully quiet in mcminnville for the last 8-10 days, any word on who the four finalists are and has the weather affected the decision making time table. I had heard that Steve Britton was one of the finalists and the arena coach guy from kentucky, does anyone know the other two people?

I agree it has been way to quiet. I am glad the committee is doing a thorough search to find a new Coach at WC hopefully they will choose a little better than last time but it’s time to decide. We have already wasted so much time, and are so far behind.

I’m just gonna throw this out there. But I would to see Ray Robinson get the job and let him assemble the staff. It would change some players attitudes. I know he has the credentials also.

Another article in the paper today said about the same thing the last two did, but didn't take up as much space! If Steve Matthews was in the final four you can take him out of the mix because he has been hired by Siegel as OC. As far as our search & hiring committee, I trust Todd, it's just the others that are probably dropping the ball!

It is my understanding that the committee has given Todd the authority to negotiate with the top candidates and to bring the committee those results. I may be wrong but that should be part of his job.

I heard the school board tried to get it passed that the AD could negotiate with coaches and pay them more based on their credentials but one board member shot the idea down. That's why we are looking for someone to come in at our pitiful pay scale.
