Lion fans... what ya need to realize is ac fans are going to cry about everything when they loose. if they were to score on that final drive instead of going 4 an out, they wouldnt have been sayin anything about how bad the refs were... thats jus how they roll..hahaha.... u lost, u gave up 50, u were lucky to be there anyways so be thankful an stop cryin an go hoop it up.. an from what im hearin, yet another transfer is helpin out that program too.. wow im so shocked haha.. but really good season though

I don't believe in karma, but I do believe in justice. There was no justice last night. It was an injustice.

I have always maintained that officiating evens itself out over the course of a game. This game was an exception. The officiating was absolutely atrocious. So many non calls. The game deserves a certain level of competence that was so obviously absent in this crew.

Much about nothing. A Columbia police officer who also happened to be dressed as a coach inteerjected himself in the middle of a problem. The AC coach did not know he was a police officer. He pulled away from the unidentified officer and the officer had an issue with it. Next time Barney needs to wear a badge or choose to remain a coach The sheriff deputies I talked with about the situation were very professional and courteous. The coach-officer who put himself in the middle was a jerk. He was too emotionally involved and someone needs to tell him to decide what he wants to be. A coach or a cop.

I've noticed that what you are saying is extremely accurate. They don't talk about the 4 and out with the game one the line, the 1st and goal from the 1 that only netted 3 points, INT or the 15 yard facemask on a play where it took 6 (AT LEAST) AC players to tackle Central's running back. They also forget the 70 yard touchdown pass that Belew dropped early in the game, which eventually led to a punt. You lost. Plain and simple. Blame the refs all you want. YOU STILL LOST!

There is an old saying within the relm of law enforcement, if you put your hands on someone you better have the right to arrest them. Did the coach/officer grab an AC coach or simply step in between a pair? If the coach acted inappropiately, then he needs to be complained on. This may not cause any action against him, but it will let his dept know they may have a loose cannon in that situation. If he was was just trying to keep peace, he is responsible for doing so. Even off duty.

This is what he was attempting to do. Keeping a member of the AC staff from physically assaulting a game official. He did identify himself as a police officer, as he himself was being grabbed by the AC staff member.

I've been around AC football for a long time and AC has always been like that. AC doesnt have any respect for any other team. When they win, they are talking trash and when they lose, they are ready to fight! Im not taking a cheap shot at AC, im just telling it like it is. Anyone from Knox Catholic, Kingston, Clinton, Halls, Campbell Co. etc. etc. etc. can tell you thats just they way they are.
