The Pirates are going to practice at Finley tomorrow about noon CT. The bus will be leaving the field house at 11:30 CT so spread the word and get out on the streets and show them our support. The bus for Cookeville will be leaving the field house at 4 PM CT Thursday afternoon. ALL Pirate fans need to be out showing the team we are behind them. GO PIRATES!!!

 

Leaving Thursday for Cookeville at 4:00? Your joking. We are going to lose for sure now. These boys will be having a party up their. Their will not be anybody up their to watch all these boys. They need their parents up their. I garuntee you they better get their permission slips signed. If they aren't going to lift weights the day before the game, they should atleast be at home resting in their own bed. Let me ask you a question. Does this mean that Grider isn't practicing these boys on Thursday. This is a bunch of mess. We are going up their to play a football game and Grider is making this a durn vacation. You think im joking but im not.

This does not sound like a business trip to me.

I just hope we are ready and focused...I think we have our eyes on the prize...Two players to watch Jakoby Reynolds and Josh Parker...They are both playmakers and will cause trouble in the backfield all night long! Light em up boys

Good Luck SP! All the Eagles are pulling for ya'll! Had a great time at your place this year. It'll be hard to match the electricity of your place but we'll try next year as hopefully two State Champs battle it out on the Mtn. Wear 'em out...or at least Beat 'em.

 

Thanks for the support mtntrout!! Best of luck to the Eagles as well. Hopefully the two of us, and Baylor, can bring back (3) GOLD BALLS to the Chattanooga area.

Why are we suppose to be concerned about this?? Is that what you are hanging onto since your team got ousted last week?? If so, then we throw in the towel...Congrats to akaGlazed and other PC Supporters.....2010 TSSAA LONGEST THREAD POST CHAMPIONS!! :thumb:

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
