New Classification

The TSSAA site says classifications should be set by the third week of October, it's not looking good for that goal to be reached.

Johnson City Press:

 

"The TSSAA plans to have enrollment information posted on its website today or Wednesday, said assistant executive director Matthew Gillespie. This will give schools an opportunity to see the possibilities for where they will land for the new classification setup, and all football schools will be given the opportunity to move to a different class.

 

Some time next week, classification should be set in place. It will be finalized during the Board of Control meeting in November."

The following schools have not sent enrollment numbers as of today to the

TSSAA.

Brainerd

Bartlett

Fairley

Greenback

Grundy county

Hamilton

Houston

Livingston Academy

McNairy central
