MountainTroll
I think he is a great hire, but one man can't do it alone; and you certainly don't want anyone around with sour grapes undermining him.
ValleyExpert
Good point. We have had few those. I hope coach Caine does well. Just concerns me he has never been a head coach and he has been with some good programs but they weren't very successful during his times there. Our best class are upcoming juniors. We need to have success immediately. Having a good staff could certainly increase his odds.
MountainTroll
He certainly looks the part, and even with the way the privates recruit, McCallie don't graduate dumbies.

I have known him since 2002..good coach, good man...players will be coached up and almost every player will like playing for him..he is a fair man ... grundybball
Congrats to the Indians on the new hire for the offensive coordinator job, grundy's coach bryant. Heard y'all got a package deal with getting Grundy's qb too. Is there any openings for basketball coaches?
TheAmbassador
I just read about this move on the Grundy thread. Congratulations to Coach Bryant on the new gig. Edited January 9, 2015 by TheAmbassador
SCPRIDE30
Looks like Sequatchie will be a passing team if we got coach Bryant and there qb. That would leave us with the 2 or 3 quick backs

SCPRIDE30
I'm not sure I'm just going off what the Grundy ppl are saying. And that would be a good pick up
ValleyExpert
Hasn't the QB already been at two high schools in his career? This would be a third.

An athlete in GA is not eligible if his/her coach moves and that athlete transfers to the school where the coach moved to for a full year...unless that coach is their parent/legal guardian. Does TSSAA have the same type rules?
