CPA just got their first of two wins in football this week. Mitchell lost to Howell from CPA for Mr. Football. Vaughn beat Tyson as back of the year also.

I'm sure both were deserving. Congrats to both young men! Go Tornadoes!!

The Mr. Football outcome is the WORST thing that could've happened for CPAy. It's a bad idea to motivate us any more than we already are.

I for one am way above that. Some people do take it WAY too seriously. Sometimes I also say CPAy or CAKe myself, but it's just out of gamesmanship. I'm sure deep down, that TTT guy is joking around, at least I hope. I know I joke around on here all the time.

 

Yes, I'm so sick of hearing about who recruits better, but at this point, just welcome it. The people saying that is everyone that we've steamrolled or who would never match up with us.

Seems like they would wait until after the championship games to announce Mr. Footballs so the entire body of work would be taken into account. For example if Tyson does have another 50 carry 300 yards game, how could he not be the guy? I guess they just base it on the regular season? I really don't know how it works.

When you win those state championships in 3A, it's like being the smartest kid in summer school. 3A is the ACC of Tennessee football.
