Farragut 2015

Oak Ridge and Campbell County will be 2 good bookend games for the Ads.  Farragut has some good young talent coming up and, if they stay healthy, will contend for the top spot in the region. The Cougers lose a lot to graduation, but as long as the Price brothers are coaching, they will be competitive, especially if you play them at their place.

Please tell me where Clinton is going to pickup wins, I have heard they will be lucky to win a game this year. Ellison is at Powell, and so is the Melvin guy. Those two are the only reason Clinton has had any success in the late couple of years. So please, tell me the 7 teams that Clinton is going to beat. I would put their over/under on wins at 3, and that is being generous. For the record, I will take the under.

I would also like to know the 4 teams on Farragut's schedule that we are going to lose to. The only two games I see that we have a chance of losing are Oak Ridge and West, but I think West will be WAY down this year after all that they lost, plus I hear their new coach has no clue how to handle the different demographic of kids at West. If Farragut loses 4 games with the schedule we have, the football program should be disbanded.

As long as Coach Courtney is still coaching them they will hover between 5-7 wins at best. Farragut needs new blood at head coach.

I know that we scrimmaged them last year and beat them pretty good. I know that was last year, but they lost their QB and several others from that team, so I think they will be down and we should be up(barring any injuries). I think it could be a decent game early, but I dont think it will be close later in the game.

you will find out..stay healthy

I don't care for coaches that keep a player in the whole game no matter what the situation is. No one gets experience for the next year but I'm just an observer of what I see.

Who all has Farragut played in 7on7 and how have they done?

We have went up against Kingston, Hardin Valley, Dobyns-Bennett, and Anderson County. From everything that I have seen and heard, we have looked really good. I think that you could say we "won" those 7v7s. All of those were just us vs. the other team and not in a tournament style setting. We did make the trip to Maryville College and played Upperman, Boyd-Buchanan, Cookeville, and Grace(Knox). The only one of those four that gave us any competition was Cookeville, and I would say it was even with them, they played well early, but we really turned it on after the 1st series of playes.
