And that's why I didint comment on them. I'm sure you haven't seen Oakridge and Farragut play either when you mentioned them. IF Maryville wins out AND doesn't have a close game Alcoa has a right to say there in the top 10 of the IFL.

I know this is the IFL ... but seriously ... you guys place Alcoa over Christian Brothers. Really? And then you don't even have Ravenwood, Hendersonville, Oak Ridge, Centennial, or Farrugut on your list ... let alone, above Alcoa.

I could easily place Ravenwood at 9 or 10, not the others. Also, this is not to be taken seriously. It's the IFL. You seem to take this serious by your response and a bit arrogant is if you know more than the others. So I won't take your response seriously either.

I see a Alcoa being one of the best teams in the state two years from now for a two year period if this freshmen group turns out half as good as I've seen. Things change because some kids mature early but for right now that's the way I see it.

The only reason this IFL topic exists is because Alcoa gave Maryville its toughest game. It's a rivalry game and they see each other every year, that changes things. If the IFL scheduled Alcoa against the top 5 6a and 5a teams they'd barely finish above .500

Alcoa has a really good defense. They held Maryville to 2 TDs. That doesnt happen much. If my memory serves me well, the last team to do that (before Alcoa did it this year) was WB in 2007, unless I'm forgetting something.
