Its a little bit more complicated than that and it isn't open enrollment in the since most people think of open enrollment, especially TSSAA.

it will eventually get a multiplier on it but that will be a few years down the road. there are now several open enrollment counties in tn Edited April 19, 2016 by Creekbankbuttspank
