I weighed about 185 and was cut about 3 years ago. Could bench 275 3x3 and was squatting 550+, could lift just about anything and do any type of lift.. then I went to Johnson City Crossfit one fine day and they put me on a workout with the Olympic Rings. And it was the most GoshDarn-awful thing I believe I ever done.. puked my guts up.

I would have figured getting "cut" would have been worse than those rings!...STEER!:roflolk:

Gotta love the kids work ethic and determination but as with anyone else,it all depends on the cast around him. We have a bunch of spots to fill from the last 2 seasons. Its gonna be a big adjustment.

Another great week! 2 weeks in and gains already are amazing, even by the freahmen!

The clean and press, squat, dead lift numbers are impressive by all...can't wait for week 6 to get here and see the explosive power this bunch has.

Projected we'll have multiple backs at 220+ and they will be able to move!

Can't wait to see the 40 times come spring.

With Timmy here running this program with Jacob, if boys stick with it, they will be a dominating unit...attitude is RIGHT!

Coach, Timmy & Jacob are excited...that tells me enough.

Get your popcorn ready, WE COMING!

 

Pujo, Timmy has our boys a 8 week program made out...It's gonna take an unreal commitment to do it.

Well fellows sounds like ya'll already getting ready for next year, I'm taking a break from football its crappie time on Douglas lake, and Weiss for me :hungry: need some fillets for freezer. But I will be back next year Good lord willing :mrgreen:

      20 but had 5-6 not dressed every game. It went down towards the end due to injuries and obviously only 15 got to dress for the state tournament. Then, they only lost 2 from this year and gain 8 from the middle school for next year

      As somebody mentioned before, this is going to result in a massive lawsuit, can you imagine professional "educators" actually having the conversation about getting "the bad kids" out of the high school?  And the head coach asking directly to change grades, gets turned down, comes back again and gets it approved?  This is unbelievable.  In addition to the lawsuit, the state Department of Education is going to come down extremely hard on this.  WYSH is on the war path.  There could be dozens more lose their jobs by the time this is over.  And yeah the real shame is the kids being affected that literally had nothing to do with this and actually worked hard to earn their grades.

      I've heard Powell from someone who talked to him. I saw the kid two days ago and I should of pulled over and talked with him and wished him well where ever he goes. It will be a ale of a loss for us because I don't believe we have anyone in the stable good as him from what I seen in the spring.

      I would have to think that the firing of the 2 teachers is just the beginning of future moves.  If not, it is woefully short.  If the AC school board thinks that the damage is just limited to Clinton, they are sadly mistaken.  Any outsider would view the whole school system as suspect, and rightly so.
