Halls is a really good team not sure what the "2 big wins for halls" means but its not like those picks are upsets if they win them both. They have a bunch of good kids on their team and a few returning medalist if I m not mistaken.

That was the part of the Bracket I was having the most trouble with.  I could really see Summit, Science Hill or even Mt. Juliet coming out of there to wrestle TN High for a top 4 finish.

Haven't seen a whole lot of wrestling this year, especially teams from outside my area, still thought I would make a bracket though just from what I have seen, read, or heard about over the course of the year.  Please let me know if this could be close, and if not, where am I wrong and why.

 

Round 1:

TN High over Mt. Juliet

Blackman over Indy

Heritage over Houston

Bradley over Halls

Summit over Gibbs

Cleveland over Maryville

Science Hill over Arlington

Wilson Central over Tullahoma

 

Round 2:

TN High over Blackman

Bradley over Heritage

Cleveland over Summit

Wilson Central over Cleveland

 

Semis:

Bradley over TN High

Cleveland over Wilson Central

 

Championship:

Cleveland over Bradley

 

 

Consolations Round 1:

Mt. Juliet over Indy

Halls over Houston

Gibbs over Maryville

Arlington over Tullahoma

 

Consolations Round 2:

Science Hill over Mt. Juliet

Halls over Summit

Heritage over Gibbs

Arlington over Blackman

 

Consolations Rounds 3 4 and 5:

I think you are REALLY close with your predictions, maybe even spot on. I see a couple other possible scenarios but would wager the consolation finals will be won by one of the teams you listed with maybe a different opponent. Barring a bad case of dysentery or some catastrophic event, the championship finals are pretty much set. I'm going with Bradley but it could certainly go to Cleveland.

SX1234, you may wanna change your Rd2 winners bracket from WC over Cleveland to WC over Science Hill. Maj may agree with you being spot on with everything but I'm gonna def disagree here.

But it would also have been true if Soddy was in it, but they'd most likely would have finished 3rd instead of 4th.

But WG, haven't you seen the latest Coaches Poll?  Soddy IS the 3rd best AAA team.  I vote we give them a trophy.

OW, they did beat Arlington and Wilson Central so is either of those teams finish third maybe Soddy is the third best team in the state, maybe if the other regions were as tough as region 4 maybe Soddy wouldn't get the votes to be third best team in AAA, but as usual the other regions are still playing catchup and have for the past 20 years, and those OW are the facts!
