The Govs host West this Friday in the next District match-up...no game tonight, unless there's a make-up that I'm not aware of

With the way Maryville shoots the three, I think Maryville can pull this one out.

I know that Maryville and Bearden play tonight and Catholic plays at Hardin Valley who else plays tonight?

Farragut at Heritage and West at William Blount. My money is on Farragut and William Blount. 

Bearden should win tonight, Maryville needs to come out hot to have a chance, especially playing at Bearden with that student section. Bearden has a lot of weapons and is tough when they press. The game against Cleveland was close, but Bearden only scored six points in the first quarter. They played horrible and still managed the W. The game before that, Bearden scored 41 points in the fourth quarter alone against HV. Two games with over 100 points, including the last game against Heritage.  

Catholic has been playing well, mostly behind Brock. Shut him down and HV should could have a chance. HV seems to have good shooting, but no height.

Watched Bearden whip Maryville tonight.  Bearden press was too much for Maryville.

I watched it online. Maryville did a good job of slowing the game down in the first half and made the game ugly. But, once Bearden got a little bit of a lead they could play their game, which sped Maryville's game up. You don't wanna get in a run & gun affair with a team like Bearden. Maryville is at their best when they are playing a half-court game like they were able to do against us (OR) last year in the playoffs.
