OOLTEWAH AT DB ROUND 1

With how the trash talking has been going on on Twitter between some players I would say Quinn is playing because he wouldn't talk the way he is if he wasnt

Well I've noticed a signicant decrease in CoachT use in the last couple of years. Figured they were going elsewhere but thought it was to Facebook.  So is there a hashtag for the new CoachT of social media?

i havent seen a ooltewah play since my brother was playing at lenior city during 2012 season. i look forward to catching this big 6a game. watched dobynsbennett play jeff co a last week and they looked like a solid team. this is my favorite time of year getting to pick a game off the bracket and go watch. any good spots to eat in tri cities before the game near the school?

There are several places within 2 or 3 miles on Eastman rd , stone drive or at the mall on fort henry .Most famous is a local drive around  fast food place called " Pals ",they have several around this part of the state and the owner is a huge DB fan.Thats right close to the stadium on fort henry dr.A nice little place just up eastman rd about a quarter mile for BBQ ,HB's and lots of great food is "Braedens's " It's a small place with really good food to eat before the game

    • Wanted to see if all of you would lift up Kyle James family in prayer. Kyle was one of the best wrestlers to ever come out of Soddy Daisy and as some of you know he lost his house a few weeks ago and now his family and friends mourns his passing. Not sure if any of you were around in early 2000’s when Kyle was wrestling at Soddy, but he was a 3 time state champ and a Fargo AA along with going to Colorado to train to make the Olympic team. That goal was never reached due to medical issues, but he was an amazing wrestler and his family is as good as gold. If you were around at that time and have any pictures of Kyle, please go onto Alexy Winesburgh FB page and post. Thanks, Doug Benton
    • My opinion the 8 teams will be-  Greenback, Wartburg, Gordonsville, Jo Byrns, Eagleville, Bruceton, Dresden, and South Fulton. Gordonsviile is probably the favorite but I wont say it will be an easy road. With the right draw any of the 8 could win it.
    • I understand Gibson Co. will be announced tomorrow with a familiar name. Not sure about So. Gibson.
    • A huge addition to the staff today! Former Hardin Valley legend and Richmond College running back Aaron Dykes was announced as the running backs coach. Rushed for over 3,000 yards at HVA, with 35 total touchdowns. I loved watching in Hardin Valley. I can’t believe he’s at Bearden now. I know he was trying to get a HVA job, I don’t know what happened there and how he ended up at Bearden, but I'm glad he’s here and believe he will be teaching art class as well! What a good get for the staff!!
    • Thoughts? Gordonsville won it last year with a sophomore pitcher and returned almost everybody. Can anyone beat them?
