Why are football players leaving? Yes, there could me lots of personal reasons, but the primary reason is because the football program sux. Fewer would leave if the program was more successful. So the real question is Why does the football program suck? It’s hard to blame that on those outside the program, but those within the program will try. And the beat goes on...

How can a program be successful when it starts at the top!
