That's because rankings look at who you play gallatin played a few teams ranked in the 8 to 10 thousands. It doesn't do much do beat an 0-5 team ranked 10,000. So most of your wins are over garbage teams. Beat some respectable teams. Then you may get some respect.  Not today though.. not with that weak schedule.

Ok. Yal won 50-49 at home by the way. Fast forward to the playoffs that year. Go look at the tssaa  archive.. zero green wave that year in the playoffs..  sucks to suck

You would lose to Mount Juliet. You would not be able to get yards on that defense. Fact. 

Nobody considering that MJ win as a solid win will see in the coming weeks that MJ is still a 6A team that will give ANYBODY a game based off of their great defensive play. They have been great on that side of the ball for about 3 years now. 

The MOST points they have given up since 2017 is 20 points, and that was only once. And that even includes playing state champ Oakland last year....

HC also lost to a #62 Beech and #54 Haywood if you are looking at rankings. Just saying. Might want to watch where you drop your Mic.

Actually we lost to Independence who was in the state that year in the playoffs.
