No. I'm saying Moore County only has 1 school and every kid in this county can ride a bus if they so choose. You mean Moore County has a baseball team? No one said anything about cross county lines.

You are correct.  This young man played at Hazel Green HS his Sophomore year, and moved (with his family) into Lincoln County.  He was cleared to play based on the letter dated September 6 to FHS.  The ruling was made after a complaint was filed w/ TSSAA sometime early in the season.

I’m speaking of a certain baseball player. This ruling wouldn’t just apply to football of it sticks. I could be wrong but I’d say it will have to affect all school sports.

I’m saying there are student athletes that are at Moore Co. but do not live within the county lines. According to the “by laws” the players must live on a bus route in order to be considered eligible.

Moore County is a tuition school and doesnt have open borders from what I understand.

The by laws also state that if you dont move addresses then you must sit out 1 full year. Correct?

Irrelevant at MC. They have a tuition program set up. You pay tuition to attend MC. That bus rule has zero affect on them.

Who is the official who told you about this a month before it occurred?

And this 100% applies to Huntland, FCHS, and LCHS.  I’m sure dozens of others.  It is certain Huntland and LCHS are in violation. I’m not sure about FCHS. The TSSAA admits that many other schools are in violation  

Also, there is no mention of tuition and no results when ‘tuition’ is searched on Moore County’s website. The TSSAA.ruling in Fayetteville was stated to be based on a website review.  I will 100% confirm or deny whether the baseball player in question paid tuition tomorrow and will reply here.

If you live in another county but choose to attend you have to pay so no it's not private. Chapel Hill got that bus rule or can they pull from all Marshall Co?

Moore County must be a big rival of yours because the last I checked they are not the one in question.
