Roster size matters especially if you have quality players to substitute for the starters(with a 3rd team also). TC beat Lebanon 2 years ago and lost in 2018. They maybe 6A but not top tier!!

I have to agree with this. TC would probably have the same fate if they played Alcoa and Baylor. And there’s a big difference between TC’s defense and Alcoa’s defense. Alcoa plays a much tougher schedule, so the numbers may look close, but there really not.

We lost because of a bad holding call and Baines has suspended that game. That game doesn't matter we didn't play Lebanon this year and that Alcoa game isn't a factor when you were mercy-ruled. This game will come down to line play and if Tyner line can hold up to TC front 7.

Yes it would be the same but how is getting blown out by Alcoa and not scoring a point going to help Tyner against TC.

Nah not really because I take what you say toward a Meigs vs TC game as the truth of course we would disagree on who will win  but you won’t say TC won’t have the athleticism to compete in a game against another 2A team.
