Tornado (Milan)

Recommended Posts

Everything is ok. Not necessarily a touch down that I know of. I personally saw a funnel cloud just north of Milan slightly past the elementary school. Same funnel cloud was spotted in Trenton on the way to Milan. Many posted pics on social media and even some shots on the local news channel 7. I personally think Milan has Alcoa nervous and some of the tornadoes (goons) came to check things out Lol.

Great news. I was watching the weather last night and they showed a funnel cloud picture sent in by the THP. The last thing any community needs right now is tornado damage.

Yeah there were pics of that funnel cloud all over social media. It was huge. I stopped on the side of the road and watched go by off in the distance. You could see the clouds swirling different direction but it just never can all the way down. Could have been a very bad situation as it passed right by the elementary school in Milan. We were lucky.

This is program is established and has a club team (Stars) feeding it with wrestlers.    Siegel High School is looking for an assistant coach. Again, this program is growing with talent every year. This past year we had 2 state placers.    If interested you can send an email to starstnwrestlingclub@gmail.com or freemand@rcschools.net

    • Did this happen? Does anyone know? Ripley has their HC job posted on the bulletin board over the weekend.
    • Coalfield definitely isn't the same team they've had the past few years. They are still the favorites to make it out of their region because of their pitching. They have 1 arm that sits low to mid 80s and 2 other arms that are mid to high 70s with good off speed stuff. If you can avoid their top 3 bats in their lineup then you have a shot to beat them. Their 4-9 hitters are average at best. Wartburg's ace was able to shut them down last week in the game Wartburg won 4-2.
