Unless somehow Copper Basin......

 

Worst case for the Pirates would be that Clay surprises everyone and wins out until third round and we have to travel all the way up there lol.

Pirates would still be the higher seed. They would host in that case. 

That's how Gordonsville hosted a home playoff game as a 3 seed last year.

I thought 3rd rd was automatically R4 hosting and only way for SP to have a home game would be if we played a team from our own Region??

Clay would host SP if they win the 1st 2 rounds.  They are in the bottom bracket as a 3 seed.

Appears SP will be making a trip to The Jungle in the quarterfinals if they can get by the next two weeks. Always a fun time up there.  Well... except for that one time...

Yes, bottom bracket will host in the quarterfinals this year... unless 2 teams meet that are in the same region them the highest seed will host.

Right. If Copper Basin was to win first two games we would host them in 3rd round.

Well, Whiwuhl beat the pudding out of Lookout Valley to night.  They did that last year and went up to Monterey and pulled the upset and came up short at Gordy.  Crazier things have happened.  Like Jasper beating Rhea.
