They do but it will be nice to experience those atmospheres, it was either those 2 or Monterey and York

Our region definitely didn’t get anymore competitive.

Adamsville may not be closer than Camden to some region 6 teams but the region 6 teams are closer to Adamsville than region 7. Hickman County and East Hickman are as far as Union City but Scotts Hill and Riverside are pretty close.

Houston County is in Region 7 also.  Makes no dang sense

Idk whites creek will have a little athleticism but Westy smoked them last year, and Harpeth has been a playoff team in 3A so we will see the top dogs are still the top dogs though for sure

Collinwood High School (Collinwood, TN)
Cornersville High School (Cornersville, TN)
Eagleville High School (Eagleville, TN)
Fayetteville High School (Fayetteville, TN)
Huntland High School (Huntland, TN)
Moore Co. High School (Lynchburg, TN)
Wayne Co. High School (Waynesboro, TN)

This has the potential to be a ridiculous region. Every region game is at a premium. If I am thinking correctly, these are, for the most part, perennial playoff teams. They may not make deep runs, but three of these teams that are accustomed to being in the postseason are going to miss the playoffs. My thoughts are that this is going to be a battle tested region by the time post season rolls around.

This region could be brutal. Teams will have to bring A game every Friday.

That's a competitive region for sure.

My Thoughts on the new regions:

Class 1A

Biggest winner:

McKenzie

Road Got tougher:

Lake County

West Carroll

Class 2A

Biggest winner:

Cascade

Oneida

Westview

Road Got tougher:

Meigs County

Class 3A

Biggest winner:

Giles County

East Nashville

Fairview

Class 4A

Biggest winner:

East Hamilton

Road Got Tougher:

Tullahoma

Marshall County

Anderson County

Class 5A

Biggest winner:

Ooltewah

McMinn County

Page

Dyer County

Road Got Tougher:

Rhea County

Class 6A

Biggest winner:

Dobyns-Bennett

Coffee County

Cookeville

Warren County

Road Got Tougher:

Summit

Houston

Cordova

This biggest loser in 3a is 100% Jackson county. They played up to compete in a region with smith, cannon, community,  and SC but nope. They got sent to metro lol

TSSAA proposed those as regions so there could be some adjustments.
