Was thinking the same thing, there was a little rift back and forth, but nothing to delete the thread over...

Not sure what happened to this thread, but I know in the past some users talk smack and can't take it when
they get called out, or someone talks smack back to them, so they get mad. Then they will sometimes 'take their 
ball and go home' by either deleting their profile (making a new one) or delete the thread if they started it.

Enough of that, I'm excited about having a region game that HC will be the underdog in (according to the polls).

Hope everyone is healthy on both teams and look forward to a game between 2 good teams.

Are most of the Jackets back? I know they had several out the last few games.

Hey @olddevil, what were the names of the high schools in Henry County that played football before the consolidated county school started playing in 1969?

Ole buddy had a short fuse apparently.  I don’t trust those polls. As far as Im concerned HC is the favorite. I expect a game like we had the last time we played in 2014.

Unless their  is something I don’t know about SHS will be without one starter. A soph corner and reciever who got hurt 4wks ago in a game (NE) he played lights out.

Grove High and Central High for sure played football. 

Outside of Paris there was:

Henry

Puryear

Cottage Grove

Springville

Buchanan 

I don't know if any of those 5 had football but they all had basketball.

Good stuff! Thinking about all Robertson Co schools we would be playing 6A if all our HSs were combined.

Springfield, White House, Portland, and who else is over there? Would be 6A for sure. Probably one of the biggest schools in 6A.
