It was pretty loud when Springfield was down there.

That was barely mild compared to the last two years. If they’re calling out the attendance in the paper, you know it’s bad. Maybe we play well Friday and keep it rolling, and some will jump back on the bandwagon.

I was surprised how bad it was last week against Portland. That's really just unfortunately how it works in any type of sport though. When a team is successful and winning usually the attendance is up, when a team struggles the attendance suffers. I hate that it will probably be a subpar crowd Friday night against Dyer County because we at Henry County are better than that. We usually always talk about how pitiful the away crowds are at Patriot Stadium.

Last Friday cool weather with rain was the factor hopefully. I know I’m bringing extra people with extra bells. We’re going to make some noise granteed. Friday is not the night for a golfers clap. :bored:

Don't remember a crowd as bad as this past Friday night since 2003. Hopefully back to full force this week though.

I usually roll in with 3. This Friday rolling in with 6. If everyone else does the same and isn’t ashamed to make som dang noise when DC has the ball it would be awesome. Make HENRY COUNTY football great again :thumb:

    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
