I think it’s the perfect matchup for them strength on strength. I think they can do it!

I bet your kinda nervous about this game ain’t ya? Like if Huntingdon wins maybe not so much cause you kinda know what to expect but if MAHS wins it’s a different story cause of the unknown. Am I right?

You are correct. I thought they took the ball from our 4th string running back and scored.

That happened as well.

Huntingdon still has to work on pass coverage but overall good execution.  Great execution if you compare to the start of the year.  The improvement in this team over the course of the year is a credit to the coaching staff and the players.

MAHS players look like grown adults, like pros without the muscle definition.

That they may, but, what I have noticed about the Memphis squads is as follows, they don’t like to get hit and play 4 quarters”rarely “ do you see a well coaches hard nosed team out of the M ! Even in our game with fairly when we ran up the gut they had no answer, and they was huge up front , I get it MAHS is undefeated blah blah blah , so was the team in 1 A that was gonna win it all that just got spanked by Humboldt !!!!! Stangs by 21, hide and watch !!!!

Now u mentioned that I do recall that from my school days they don’t like to get hit and the way huntingdon play, oh yes it’ll be good, reminds me of pearl cohn in a sense. Talented but undisciplined, you hit them or show them you not a doormat they don’t like that.

If Huntingdon doesn’t give up the quick  and big plays to MAHS I think Mustangs will be alright and win the second round.

I think the Stangs can withstand a few quick strikes from MAHS and still win handily, I just know how physical y’all fellas are on the field, MAHS will fold , no disrespect to them just their M.O

    • I agree with the Farragut and Bradley claim. Those will both be wins. Bearden like you say is depending on when you get them in comparison to when the wheels fall off.  As far as West goes I’m 50-50. They have been able to reload so far so until they show me they haven’t I can’t count them out.
    • during the 2nd round of the playoffs last year against Milan, Gray partially tore his meniscus. He had a minor repair around Thanksgiving. Recovery time was minimal and he has been full force for baseball this season.
    • What do ya’ll think the O/U will be? I would set the line at 2.5
    • Playing high school sports is a privilege not a right.  The college did not have to rescind the scholarship.  Scholarship offers are pulled all the time for a number of reasons. That was 100% their choice.  A coach can keep, cut, or dismiss any player that they want to without reason anytime they want.  Is that the right way to run a program?? I don't think that it is, but these are the facts of the matter. This case has absolutely 0% chance of going in the plaintiff's favor. Futhermore, I'd imagine that these administrators and the coach are a part of some teaching or coaching organization that will cover at least 1 million dollars each in legal fees. Obviously the kid and her family feel like there were "damages" thus the lawsuit.  Unfortunately, the law is not on their side in this case.
    • Maryville will recapture the loses from last year against West, Bradley and Farragut. The Bearden game will be the tough one but I look for the wheels to come off that ride somewhere down the road because of all the crap that goes on there. I know to many parents there and some of the things I've been told and some of the post a few of them have made on facebook. They all can't be liars.
