Eye jist hoap tha Three Wise Men (TWM) tha old playurs onn tha  Mairvul skool bored cain hep us....Becaws tha Flex Steel we're usin' two patch tha old ship iz startin' two leek....

 

p.s. On a pozzytive noat...Ewe weal bee glaid two hear thait me and Mr. 200 MPH haiv putt a goodur coat ov Gold paint onn tha Gold Footbawl's necks two D.W' s center.....Thay wuz lookin' awful ruff and we did err best two brightenin' tham thangs upp a littull bit....

Eff - runners my off athletes who try to use the nice facilities on their own.
 

All gooder ideas - especially the TWS program. It don’t even have to be a teacher. A custodian, AD, asst AD, coach, asst coach, asst principal, or any employee for that matter.

You and Mr 200 are die-hards for sure. Those gold balls aren’t passed out for participation. 
 

I hear there is an English position opening up. Maybe there is a teacher interested with a fast kid.

Recheck #4, Hayden McDonald did indeed put on a football jersey. He decided to focus on wrestling mid way through his Sophomore season. 

The previous year, our 3rd place Heavyweight was Mr. Gumm.

Not sure the football team really gave McDonald a fair shot, but it worked out in his favor.

coaching and hardship are two different things.  Staff move is always approved, the other, not so much.

So if a family member coaches at one school, can his son freely transfer from another school and be eligible without moving?

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
