I went ahead and created this website so we could talk about this most important regional game of ours.  We need to win this game and the next one if we want to win our region.  I guarantee this Panther King used to be that Tiger King when he was at Meigs.  He beat that Grider man once, and gave him fitz.   I guarantee he's planning on coming into the Beene with his Sale Creek Panther boys and will try to pin Stone Cold and his Pirate boys with a loss.

What say you?

I say Go Pirates!!

That Panther coach will try to bully the Pirates. In memory “you think I’m joking but I’m not.”

Explain saw where Wellington had an int on highlights not sure if that was 2nd half or not. The post game interviews hinted they we came out sorta flat.

Yea second half it was really slopppy. Granted they were up 41-0 but starters were still in that first possession and Prep’s d line was causing havoc in the backfield. Chalk it up to fall break week or something because MTCS has the best line these boys will face until a possible state game if they make it. One game at a time.

    • there will be a couple of teams, that could make some noise
    • Dyersburg may win back to back to back championships. They are going to be hands down the best 3A team. Plus their District/region/sectionals are not very good. They basically just have to make it to region out of a 5 team district that has a few decent teams. South Gibson will be okay but they graduate their best player and there is nobody in the region 7 or region 8 who is going to compete with them.
    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
