I feel better about it than I did 2 weeks ago, but this Ravenwood team is legit, personally think it's their best team since 2015 team that won the title. Riverdale will be just as tough, not as explosive offensively but they are really good on defense

Pretty good whipping. This Murvil team is very physical and offensive. It likely chaps the dawgs that 5 and 55 chose to play elsewhere. I assume these teams will meet again in the playoffs. Rebs will enjoy a week off b4 the next biggest game of the yr. Congrats to the lil fellers.

Crazy that you don't like it when people call out ole crick neck for recruiting kids. Your excuse is they just come to him or get "jobs" in knox and want to play for him. I'll give him credit he laid a lot of ground work with the rocky top leagues/AAU football/ running the baby falcons and it has paid off. He has a lot of connections due to that. But to claim he doesn't recruit is ridiculous. 

What's even more crazy is that you are trying to throw shade at maryville. If there is a program or two in the knox area that players would just go to its Maryville or Alcoa. They have built their programs to where people want to go be a part of it. Crick neck has a long way to go, and many rings to get before that day comes. Keep waiting because it won't.

Does maryville have to do more now to get kids to hope to compete with oakland yes but I just think it is rich for you of all people to talk about recruiting when you are at the school you're at and wont even admit that you recruit. I would have more respect for you if you would just own up to it. Clearly TSSAA can't/won't do anything about it.

Players will go where they feel they have the best shot, and it’s just amusing to see fans act like it’s not happening in their own program the ones who started it, the founding fathers as you can say. Just own it, this is how high school football rolls these days.

If you read I say maryville has to do more now to try and keep up with oakland. They wont be able to beat them because the talent pool is better in mid tn than the knox area. But I never said Maryville did not recruit I just said they have more coming in due to past program success than Bearden/ Crick neck does. Not a rebel fan by any means.
