  3. Definitely hate to see Harvey and Ashby go! They will do extremely well at Rhea! I can’t think of a better hire for them.

  6. Crockett will have to value the ball better to win a loser leave town match. Can't turn it over a bunch and stay alive.

  7. White County is good and can certainly win it. Dyersburg is the most talented team with 3 Division 1 prospects (Crawford, Jordan, Strayhorn) another really good college level prospect in Maclin. Coach Strayhorn had them playing high level basketball in the district championship against Crockett County.

  8. I'm a lifelong White County fan and I'm not saying that. We have the talent, but there's still a long, long way to go. Go White County!

  10. They went 3-7 last year. Could easily go 4-6. 5-5 isn’t out of the question. 6 wins is unlikely but How about- hey come out and play against some of the top talent in the state in our region week in week out. Everyone makes excuses for kids to not want to go compete. Then comes on here and complains about the same type of stuff. Ironic huh.

  13. that's a big "if". What would the recruiting sales pitch be? "Hey, I tell ya what, you oughta come out for football. all you have to do is train year round, then you can help us go 0-10 or 1-9. It's really alot of fun, it's great. Whaddya say?"

  16. I'm hearing that Lake County might go with an assistant from out of the area. But then again, knowing their history they will keep it in county.

  17. Shad also had some "once in a lifetime" athletes in a couple of stops along the way. Sonny Grey at Smyrna and Juwan Jennings at Blackman. That didn't hurt.

  18. Nobody can win at La Vergne. The school has been open since the late 80’s and has a total of 2 playoff victories, one by SS.

  19. As of now ..he is not invited or accepted. He shouldn’t be seeded as an 8th grader n that field. Was just hoping to get in and get some matches. Will be pulling for Casen and also reep.

  26. It is a feat in itself to make it three times as some never even make it once. I could see how the community there may want someone new to come in so they can take them over the hump, but it may be worse than before so be careful.
